⅓ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
3 tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
¾ c. drained Hy-Vee crushed pineapple | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar |
Directions
- Beat eggs and sugar in mixing bowl. Add milk, flour, salt and baking powder, mixing lightly. Stir in oil and pineapple. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin tins.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
