Pluot Salad with Brown Sugar Vinaigrette

4 c. fresh spinach, divided | ||
2 pluots, thinly sliced, divided | ||
½ c. halved green grapes, divided | ||
¼ c. toasted pine nuts, divided |
Directions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, brown sugar and salt. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, divide spinach on each of 6 salad plates. Top each with pluot slices, green grapes and pine nuts.
- Drizzle each evenly with dressing.
