1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee old-fashioned oats | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 c. peeled, shredded apples | ||
1 c. pomegranate seeds | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee honey, divided | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee cinnamon | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
¾ c. Almond Accents honey roasted almond slices |
Directions
- Stir together oats, milk, shredded apple, pomegranate seeds, 2 tbsp honey, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Dish out individual servings into 6 small bowls. Top each with 2 tablespoons almond slices and drizzle each serving with 1 tablespoon honey.
- Refrigerate remaining muesli.
