½ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee raisins | ||
⅔ c. pepitas | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee margarine, melted | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee ground cinnamon |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine popped popcorn, coconut, raisins and pepitas.
- Blend together honey, margarine and cinnamon. Pour over popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread on a lightly buttered cookie sheet and bake 40 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
- Cool to crisp. Store in a tightly covered container.
- Add candy corn for a special Halloween treat if desired.
