    6 (5 oz each) lean boneless pork chops
    Hy-Vee salt, Hy-Vee pepper and Hy-Vee garlic powder, to taste
    1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pork stuffing mix
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee fat-free, reduced-sodium beef broth
    1 c. water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil margarine, cut into small pieces

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Sprinkle stuffing mix over pork chops. Slowly pour broth and water on top. Dot with margarine.
    4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until stuffing has absorbed broth and water.
