6 (5 oz each) lean boneless pork chops | ||
Hy-Vee salt, Hy-Vee pepper and Hy-Vee garlic powder, to taste | ||
1 (6 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pork stuffing mix | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee fat-free, reduced-sodium beef broth | ||
1 c. water | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil margarine, cut into small pieces |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place in a 13-by-9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix over pork chops. Slowly pour broth and water on top. Dot with margarine.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until stuffing has absorbed broth and water.
