8 c. Mr. Dell's hashbrown potatoes | ||
1 medium onion, sliced | ||
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup | ||
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Fry pork chops for 5 minutes on each side. Set aside.
- Brown potatoes and place in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Cut chops into bite-size pieces and place on potatoes.
- Layer onion over pork chops.
- Spread soup over onion and top with cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
