Directions
- Combine bread crumbs, onion, butter, beaten egg and poultry seasoning in a medium bowl. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop.
- Blend together soup and water. Pour over stuffing and pork chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
