1 c. light cream | ||
Hy-Vee salt | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces |
Directions
- Combine marshmallows, brown sugar, light cream and salt in a 2-1/2-quart saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture comes to boil. Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 224 degrees, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add butter. Cool slightly, add vanilla and nuts. Serve warm.
