    Crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. What more could you ask for from a chicken tender? Each recipe makes a dozen tenders and can be easily doubled. Also try this recipe with flavored pretzels, such as honey mustard.

    Pam original no-stick cooking spray
    2 c. Crav'n Flavor pretzel twists, crushed into crumbs
    1 tbsp. Ranch dip mix
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper
    ⅓ c. Egg Beaters original
    12 boneless skinless chicken breast tenders, about 1-1/4 pounds

    • Resealable plastic bag
    • Shallow dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside.

    2. Combine pretzel crumbs, dip mix and pepper in resealable food storage bag. Place Egg Beaters in shallow dish. Dip each tender in Egg Beaters, then place in crumb mixture. Shake bag to coat; shake tenders to remove excess.

    3. Place coated tenders on baking sheet; spray lightly with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink in centers (165 degrees) and browned.
