Directions
Unfold pastry sheet on a cutting board. Top with fig spread, crumbled goat cheese, and prosciutto. Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 equal squares. Cut each square into 6 strips. Working with one strip at a time, transfer to prepared baking sheet and twist the two ends in opposite directions several times.
Place twisted strips 1-inch apart. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh chopped thyme, if desired.
