1 c. margarine, softened | ||
¾ c. packed brown sugar | ||
¼ c. granulated sugar | ||
1 (3.4 oz) pkg Jell-O instant pudding (butter pecan, butterscotch, milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, French vanilla or vanilla) | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||
2 large eggs | ||
2 ¼ c. flour | ||
1 tsp. baking soda | ||
1 packet(s) semisweet chocolate chips | ||
1 c. chopped nuts, optional |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat margarine, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour and baking soda. Stir in chips and nuts. Dough will be stiff.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove cookies to wire racks to cool.
