    1 (1.34 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fat-free/sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. canned Hy-Vee pumpkin
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    ½ c. gingersnap cookie crumbs (10 to 12 cookies)
    5 tbsp. Reddi-wip whipped topping

    Directions

    1. Prepare pudding according to package directions using 1-1/2 cup milk. Stir pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice into pudding mixture.
    2. Spoon 1/2 cup pumpkin pudding mixture into 5 clear parfait serving dishes. Top each pudding with 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs. Spoon remaining pudding on top of cookie crumbs.
    3. Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon Reddi-wip. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on whipped topping.
