Quick and Easy Black Bean Fajitas

1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 tbsp. lime juice | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
4 Hy-Vee fajita-style tortillas |
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook onion and bell pepper slices for 5 minutes over medium-high heat.
- Add beans, lime juice and chili powder and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Lay out tortillas on a work surface. Assemble fajitas by evenly distributing the vegetable/bean mixture among the tortillas.
