1 (13 oz) pkg Dole Asian Island Premium Salad Kit | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, well drained | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh cilantro |
Directions
- Grill chicken breast until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Cool slightly and slice thinly.
- Toss all ingredients of salad kit with chicken, oranges and cilantro. Serve immediately.
