1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained | ||
1 c. Kraft shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese | ||
4 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers, well drained, chopped | ||
⅓ c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese | ||
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is set.
