1 Hy-Vee egg, beaten | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt | ||

2 tsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
1 (26 oz) jar Hy-Vee traditional spaghetti sauce | ||
1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee long spaghetti, uncooked |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, egg, garlic salt and pepper. Shape mixture into small balls.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown meatballs. Drain fat
- Add spaghetti sauce to meatballs. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain.
- Serve hot spaghetti with sauce and meatballs.
