1 c. quinoa, rinsed
2 c. vegetable broth
½ tsp. ground sage
¼ tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine quinoa and broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Turn down heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add sage and black pepper.
  4. Stir and serve.
