½ c. skim milk | ||
1 tsp. vanilla | ||
1 c. plus 2 tbsp flour | ||

⅛ tsp. salt | ||
1 tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 c. raisins | ||
1 ½ c. uncooked quick oats |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine egg whites, brown sugar, oil, skim milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Fold in raisins, then oatmeal.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Shorter baking time results in a chewier cookie; longer time gives a crisp cookie.
