Directions
Separate beef ramen noodles into 4 squares. Combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and ramen seasoning packets in a medium bowl. Layer 1 cup tomato mixture, ramen squares, and remaining tomato mixture in prepared dish. Top with cooked ground beef and onions.
Bake, covered, for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top casserole with Hy-Vee smooth and cheesy loaf. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve topped with lettuce, dill pickles, and chopped tomato, if desired.
