Directions
- Remove noodles from packages, discard seasoning packets and place noodles in food processor or blender. Break noodles into the size of matchheads. Pour into pie or cake pan; set aside.
- Combine egg with milk in an additional pie or cake pan.
- Mix cornstarch with salt and pepper; place in an additional pie or cake pan.
- Dredge each fillet first in the cornstarch, second in egg wash and finally gently press each fillet into crushed ramen noodles, coating each side evenly with noodles.
- Heat canola oil and butter in large saute pan over medium heat. When oil is hot, place fillets in pan and cook until light golden brown, about 3-1/2 to 4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
