This homemade slaw gets its crispy and crunchy texture from dried ramen noodles.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and green onions; set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Pour over coleslaw mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in coarsely crushed ramen noodles and drizzle with Sriracha sauce, if desired.
