2 (16-oz.) pkgs. Hy-Vee coleslaw mix
4 green onions, sliced
¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
¼ c. seasoned rice vinegar
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee low sodium soy sauce
3 package(s) (3-oz. each) Maruchan ramen noodles, coarsely crushed, discard seasoning packets
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Sriracha sauce, for serving

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and green onions; set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Pour over coleslaw mixture and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  3. Just before serving, stir in coarsely crushed ramen noodles and drizzle with Sriracha sauce, if desired.
