    ½ c. fresh raspberries, halved
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey

    • Large pitcher or glass measuring cup
    • 10 (3-oz. each) pop molds
    • Wooden craft sticks

    Directions

    1. Whisk together water and pre-workout in a pitcher or large glass measuring cup until dissolved. Stir in raspberries and honey.

    2. Pour mixture into 10 (3-oz. each) pop molds. Cover and insert wooden craft sticks. Freeze 4 to 6 hours or until completely frozen.

    3. To serve, dip molds in warm water to loosen pops from molds. Serve immediately.
