1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
4 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee raspberry preserves | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces |
Directions
- Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
- Sift flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. Combine preserves with the sour cream; set aside.
- Add preserve mixture alternately with the flour mixture. Fold in walnut pieces.
- Place in two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
