    1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee sugar
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    4 Hy-Vee large eggs
    3 c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    1 c. Hy-Vee raspberry preserves
    ½ c. Hy-Vee sour cream
    1 c. Hy-Vee walnut pieces

    Directions

    1. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
    2. Sift flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. Combine preserves with the sour cream; set aside.
    3. Add preserve mixture alternately with the flour mixture. Fold in walnut pieces.
    4. Place in two greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.
