Red Potatoes with Dill

2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into uniform, bite-size pieces | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried dill weed | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper |
Directions
- Put potatoes in a large pot. Add cold water to cover potatoes completely.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with butter, dill, salt and pepper.
