    2 lbs. red potatoes, cut into uniform, bite-size pieces
    3 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried dill weed
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Put potatoes in a large pot. Add cold water to cover potatoes completely.
    2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
    3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with butter, dill, salt and pepper.
