    ¾ tsp. Hy-Vee corn starch
    ½ c. Hy-Vee 50%-less-sodium beef broth
    3 sprig(s) fresh thyme
    1 sprig(s) fresh rosemary
    1 Hy-Vee dried bay leaf
    ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee salted butter
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard

    Directions

    1. Whisk together Cabernet Sauvignon wine and corn starch until well combined in a small saucepan. Stir in beef broth, fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, and 1 dried bay leaf. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer and whisk for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

    2. Stir in butter and Dijon mustard. Discard whole herbs and dried bay leaf.
