    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
    2 c. frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables
    1 c. cooked, cubed chicken breast
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
    2. In a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, stir together soup, vegetables and chicken.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine milk, egg and baking mix. Pour evenly over chicken mixture.
    4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
