1 ½ c. reduced-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed, divided | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee Mexicorn, drained, divided | ||
12 oz. cooked lean round steak, chopped, divided | ||
Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, optional | ||
Hy-Vee salsa, optional | ||
Shredded lettuce, optional |
Directions
- On each tortilla, layer rice, beans, Mexicorn and round steak. Top with cheese, salsa and lettuce if desired.
- Roll up and serve.
