1 (10-oz.) pkg. gluten-free large marshmallows, or 4 c. gluten-free miniature marshmallows
5 c. gluten-free crisped rice cereal

Directions

  1. Lightly butter an 8-by-12-inch pan.
  2. Place 1/2 cup butter in a 3-quart microwaveable casserole dish and heat for 1 minute to melt butter.
  3. Add marshmallows. Cover dish and microwave for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove pan from oven and stir until butter is melted and marshmallows are well-blended. Add rice cereal. Stir until well-coated.

  5. Press warm mixture evenly and firmly into the buttered 8-by-12-inch pan. Cut into 24 squares when cool.
