1 yellow onion, chopped | ||
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
1 (4 oz) jar pimiento | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee white vinegar | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 (16 oz) package Hy-Vee rigatoni, uncooked | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Mix onion, green pepper, pimiento, vinegar, oil and sugar together in a large salad bowl.
- Cook rigatoni as directed on package. Drain.
- While rigatoni is still hot, add to other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate. Serve cold.
