Roast Beef and Turkey on Ciabatta

8 (1 oz each) slices Hy-Vee Baking Stone Ciabatta bread | ||
4 slice(s) reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, optional | ||
¼ lbs. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium sliced turkey breast | ||
⅛ lbs. Hy-Vee sliced roast beef | ||
1 tomato, sliced | ||
1 green or yellow zucchini squash, peeled into thin strips | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard, optional, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Place four slices bread on baking sheet. If desired, top each slice with one slice cheese. Divide turkey, roast beef, sliced tomato and zucchini strips evenly over each slice of cheese.
- If desired, spread 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard over remaining slices of bread and place, mustard-side-down on sandwiches.
- Bake in oven 8 to 10 minutes or until bread is toasted and fillings are hot.
