2 lbs. new potatoes, halved
1 (8 oz) bag fresh snap peas
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, cubed
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaf
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper

Directions

  1. Spread potatoes and peas evenly on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Roast 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Pour into a serving bowl. Stir in butter, rosemary, salt and pepper.
