1 (8 oz) bag fresh snap peas | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter, cubed | ||
1 tsp. dried rosemary leaf | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper |
Directions
- Spread potatoes and peas evenly on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Roast 35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Pour into a serving bowl. Stir in butter, rosemary, salt and pepper.
