4 oz. crumbled Organic Valley feta cheese | ||
1 ¼ c. Organic Valley low-fat cottage cheese | ||
10 tbsp. light cucumber ranch salad dressing |
Directions
- Combine lettuce, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Evenly distribute salad among 5 salad bowls. Top individual salads with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons of dressing.
