3 single sprigs fresh rosemary, rinsed and patted dry | ||
2 ½ tbsp. freshly grated orange zest (from 2 large oranges) | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee black peppercorns | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee Select white wine vinegar |
Directions
- Place rosemary, zest and peppercorns in clean glass jar; add vinegar. Cover the top of the jar with plastic wrap and cover with lid. The vinegar should not come in contact with metal.
- *Scrub fruit well. Do not eat peppercorns.
