1 (1.5 pound) pkg ProHealth Baby Potatoes, quartered | ||
6 pearl onions, peeled | ||
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee sea salt |
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in rosemary.
- Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt just before serving.
