4 (4 oz each) Scottish salmon fillets, skinned |
Directions
- Toss together breadcrumbs, lemon zest, salt, pepper and dill in a shallow dish.
- Lightly spray each salmon fillet with non-stick cooking spray and coat with breading.
- Place fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes depending on desired doneness.
