Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place bread crumbs in a bowl. Drain canned salmon over bread crumbs and stir well. Flake salmon and stir into moistened bread crumbs.
- Stir in egg, onion, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Place in greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
