    2 oz. smoked salmon, finely chopped
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 tsp. wasabi paste
    1 tsp. fresh dill, finely chopped

    Directions

    1. Mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise, salmon, shallot, wasabi, and dill until well blended. Refill whites, using about 1 tablespoon yolk mixture for each egg half. Chill to blend flavors.
