1 can(s) Hy-Vee jumbo refrigerated buttermilk biscuits | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee mild thick ‘n' chunky salsa | ||
1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee canned chicken, drained | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded 4-cheese Mexican cheese |
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
- Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to a 5-1/2-inch circle. Place on greased cookie sheets.
- Spread each biscuit with 2 tablespoons salsa. Evenly distribute chicken and cheese on top of salsa.
- Bake in oven 15 to 17 minutes. Serve immediately.
