    1 can(s) Hy-Vee jumbo refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
    1 c. Hy-Vee mild thick ‘n' chunky salsa
    1 (10 oz) can Hy-Vee canned chicken, drained
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded 4-cheese Mexican cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets.
    2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each biscuit to a 5-1/2-inch circle. Place on greased cookie sheets.
    3. Spread each biscuit with 2 tablespoons salsa. Evenly distribute chicken and cheese on top of salsa.
    4. Bake in oven 15 to 17 minutes. Serve immediately.
