    3 c. chopped rotisserie chicken
    1 c. Hy-Vee Select black bean and corn salsa
    1 (4 oz) can Hy-Vee diced green chiles
    2 (8.8 oz each) bags Uncle Ben's Spanish style ready rice
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions

    1. Heat chicken, salsa and chiles in a skillet until hot.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions.
    3. Place rice in a serving bowl or on a large plate. Top with chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
