1 (8 oz) pkg DeBoles uncooked rice spirals
½ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing
1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee Select mild black bean and corn salsa
1 c. Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes, undrained

Directions

  1. Prepare spirals according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together spirals, dressing, salsa and tomatoes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
