2 tbsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||

2 tbsp. Hy-Vee prepared orange juice | ||
6 (4 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine steak sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, lemon pepper and orange juice.
- Add fish to steak sauce mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat broiler.
- Discard marinade and broil fillets, skin-side-down 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
