1 c. sliced, quartered zucchini | ||
6 Hy-Vee frozen meatballs, cooked according to package directions | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee spaghetti sauce | ||
Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, optional |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and zucchini and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain mixture. Return to saucepan and stir in cooked meatballs and spaghetti sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
