1 tsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||

Directions
- In a small saucepan combine peaches, honey, mustard and cinnamon. Bring to a boil; boil for 3 minutes. Decrease heat and simmer for 10 minutes. As peaches soften, smash them with a potato masher or a fork.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork chops in skillet 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
- Let chops stand for 3 minutes before serving. Top with peach sauce.
