    2 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    1 lbs. smoked turkey sausage, diced
    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 (15.8 oz) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
    32 oz. Hy-Vee chicken broth
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper

    Directions

    1. Heat canola oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Sauté turkey sausage until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
    2. Add vegetables, tomatoes, beans and chicken broth. Stir in thyme.
    3. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables and beans are tender.
    4. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
