1 lbs. smoked turkey sausage, diced | ||
1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee frozen mixed vegetables, thawed | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced tomatoes, undrained | ||
1 (15.8 oz) can great northern beans, drained and rinsed | ||
32 oz. Hy-Vee chicken broth | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper |
Directions
- Heat canola oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Sauté turkey sausage until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Add vegetables, tomatoes, beans and chicken broth. Stir in thyme.
- Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables and beans are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
