½ lbs. pork sausage | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
6 Pillsbury frozen biscuits, baked |
Directions
- Cook sausage in a large skillet until no longer pink. Remove sausage from skillet; set aside.
- Whisk together flour and milk. Add to pan. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in sausage; season with salt and pepper. Cook an additional minute.
- Split biscuits in half; top with gravy.
