    1 (6.5 oz) box Jiffy pizza crust mix
    ½ c. hot water
    ⅔ c. Contadina pizza sauce
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
    ½ lbs. Hy-Vee Blue Ribbon pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 (4 oz) can That's Smart mushrooms, drained

    Directions

    1. Prepare and pre-bake pizza crust according to package directions using water.
    2. Spread pre-baked crust with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with ½ cup mozzarella cheese, sausage, mushrooms and then remaining cheese.
    3. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.
    4. Allow to stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and cutting into 8 squares.
