1 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
1 (8 oz) container sliced fresh mushrooms
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine
1 tsp. dried tarragon
¼ c. freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Directions

  1. Cook asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In saucepan, sauté mushrooms in margarine 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in tarragon and asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and salt before serving.
