Sauteed Asparagus and Mushrooms

1 lbs. fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
1 (8 oz) container sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee margarine | ||
1 tsp. dried tarragon | ||
¼ c. freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese |
Directions
- Cook asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water 3 to 5 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In saucepan, sauté mushrooms in margarine 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in tarragon and asparagus.
- Sprinkle with cheese and salt before serving.
