4 c. frozen Hy-Vee cut golden corn
½ c. Hy-Vee garden fresh salsa
2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
Hy-Vee salt, to taste
McCormick black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add corn and sauté until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in salsa and green onion. Season with salt and pepper.
