Sauteed Peas and Mushrooms

½ c. chopped onions | ||
¼ c. extra-virgin olive oil | ||
16 oz. sliced mushrooms | ||
16 oz. frozen peas | ||
2 tbsp. Bragg's liquid aminos, or to taste | ||
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Saute chopped onion in oil for 2 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and peas. Saute for 3 to 4 minutes until warm, stirring occasionally, taking care to keep vegetables brightly colored.
- Season with liquid aminos and black pepper.
