2 c. Hy-Vee Bakery whole grain bread loaf (cut in 3/4-in cubes) | ||

2 tsp. no-salt seasoning blend |
Directions
- Cut enough Hy-Vee Bakery whole grain bread loaf (such as Grains of the Earth loaf) into 3/4-in. cubes to make 2 cups.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place bread in a large bowl and spray with nonstick olive oil cooking spray to lightly coat bread. Toss bread with no-salt seasoning blend.
- Spread bread cubes on a baking sheet ad bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Stir bread and bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until crisp and golden. Cool before serving.
